Our current service areas include Fort Collins, Timnath, Loveland and Windsor. We are currently working on offering service to Estes Park with the idea of time blocking our calendar each month to be there. If you are outside of our current service area, if it makes sense for both parties, we will try to accommodate your needs, just contact us.

Pre-Listing

Once you have agreement from your client that work needs to be done prior to listing the house, we recommend meeting you and your client at the property to discuss the following:

Determine necessary projects/scope
Determine timeline
Discuss pricing methods best for work at hand

By meeting in person, with all parties involved, the hope is to expedite our Proven Process and get the job on the schedule sooner.

Contact On The Job Home Services LLC to help take care of items that come up on pre-inspection reports on the seller side or post-inspection reports on the buyer side. We are your go-to resource for items NOT requiring permitting or specialized licensing.
